My Cause UK is a not-for-profit organisation, delivering customer-facing frontline teams in a wide range of roles across the UK Festivals industry. Working with a national network of charity partners, My Cause recruits, trains and supports volunteers from all walks of life, delivering a strong operational service to our clients, breaking down barriers of access to cultural events for volunteers all while raising money for charity.
Since 2015, we’ve donated over £300,000 to over 900 charities, helping thousands enjoy festivals in a more meaningful and affordable way. Our unique system enables each and every volunteer to nominate a cause that they have personally chosen to benefit from the time they give while volunteering at your event. This not only increases their engagement with the role, but our recruitment process ensures our team members are true fans of your event, improving each and every interaction your customers have with our front-line staff.

Depending on your event, roles we are experienced in fulfilling include stewarding, customer support, campsite management, sustainability, eco-bonds, gate teams, ticket checks and wristbanding – all supporting great causes while helping festivals run safely and smoothly.
How does it work?
It’s simple – you give your time at a festival, and in return – we make a donation to a charity of your choice. You don’t need to raise any money or make a donation yourself. You simply pay 1x refundable deposit which covers you for as many festivals as you wish to volunteer at. All you need to do is complete your shifts & have a great time! You then receive your deposit back after your last event.
