Sunday 14th July 2019 – Robbie Williams

Where and what

Welcome to London’s most epic series of summer music events. Taking place in London’s luscious Hyde Park! Barclaycard presents British Summer Time…BST Hyde Park is a record breaking summer concert series, featuring rock & pop stars from around the globe! With a spectacular line-up always guaranteed, this year’s headline acts include Robbie Williams, Celine Dion, Florence + The Machine, The National, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Black Eyed Peas, Texas, Feeder & many more! This event attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year, and is always a sell-out shout!

The vibe

Set in the majestic beauty of London’s Hyde Park, this is really is the pinnacle of headline music performances. Beautifully designed stages, lush green open park-space, and a fantastic energy from the crowd!

Line up & what to expect!

Since bursting on to the stage as the youngest member of Take That in 1990 and then going solo in 1995, Robbie Williams has been at the top of his game for nearly 30 years, and has become a national treasure.

One of the most decorated artists around today, he has six of the top 100 best-selling albums in British history with 77 million albums worldwide, 14 Number 1 singles and a record 18 BRIT Awards – more than any other artist in music history.

Currently appearing as a judge on The X Factor, Robbie is gearing up for a busy 2019. As well as headlining Hyde Park he will play 12 (already sold out) dates in Las Vegas at the Wynn Las Vegas’ Encore Theater, and will release a new album of previously-unheard music directly to his fans with ‘Under the Radar Volume 3’. Robbie Williams will headline Hyde Park for the very first time on the Great Oak Stage on Sunday 14th July 2019 – his only UK open-air show of the year.

The role

This is a 1x day event. We’re looking for festival volunteers to join our team as “Sustainability Ambassadors“; welcoming festival-goers as they approach recycling points across the festival site, and encouraging people to recycle where possible. This is a fantastic role, as our team will be at the heart of delivering a high-impact sustainable initiative, which will increase uptake on recycling, and also reinforce a cleaner, safer, and more eco-conscious festival experience. This is not a litter picking role.

We’re ideally looking for volunteers who are confident, passionate about sustainability and proactive in their thinking! You can volunteer to give your time at not just this show, but all of the other BST events, all for the price of one deposit!

Whatever you choose you will only have to pay one deposit to attend as many days as you want, it’s up to you.

You’ll be required for 1 x 6 hour shift per day you volunteer, finishing no later than 7pm. You’ll get free entry, training and support from an experienced team, a free lunch provided, snacks, access to tea and coffee, and loads of time to enjoy the headline acts at this epic event!
