Weston Hospicecare

Weston Hospicecare provides palliative care for people living with a life-limiting illness in Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas as far afield as Highbridge, Burnham-on-Sea, Cheddar, Draycott, Yatton, Wedmore, Congresbury, Blagdon and Warrington.

We work to make sure that everyone we care for can live as well as they can for as long as they can. With a team of dedicated professionals who work both in our hospice and out in our community, we strive to ensure that people can be treated and cared for both physically and emotionally in their place of choice, be that here at the hospice, in their own home or in a care home.

If you or your family member or loved one has been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, we will do our best to provide help and support. Our doctors, nurses, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, complementary therapists, chaplain and counsellor all work together to provide those we care for with excellent professional care, which is also supported by our wonderful team of dedicated and experienced volunteers.
