Marie Curie
Our vision
A better life for people and their families living with a terminal illness.
Our mission
To help people and their families living with a terminal illness make the most of the time they have together by delivering expert care, emotional support, research and guidance.
Our ageing population means more and more people are living with a terminal illness in the UK.
Whether that’s dementia, cancer, motor neurone disease, heart failure, Parkinson’s disease, or any other illness, we’ll be here for you and your family to help you cope after a terminal diagnosis.
We’re here to help you, and everyone affected by your diagnosis, to achieve the best quality of life and support you to keep your independence and dignity for as long as possible.
This includes treating or managing pain and other symptoms with medicines, therapies and other specialist approaches. It also means giving emotional support to you and your family when you need it most.
