Make a Move is founded on the principles of music and movement making people HAPPY!

The idea is simple, but it is in the PROCESS where you can see Make a Move’s magic!

We design & run customised sessions & projects for disadvantaged & vulnerable groups, from children to adults to those over 65, as well as to businesses & community organisations.

We instil an absolute awareness of the bond between BODY & MIND, inspiring laughter, encouraging a sense of fun and promoting happiness.
