Devon is a huge county. Two epic coastlines, hundreds of quaint villages and acres of rural wilderness. It’s part of what makes our county special. But Devon’s geography can also make emergency rescues incredibly complicated. Sometimes people in need of urgent medical support cannot be reached by road. At other times it would simply take too long to reach a patient by normal ambulance. That’s where we come in

In an emergency – when every second counts – we can be anywhere in the county within minutes. -from the moors to the shores. The patients we save are ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances: mothers, husbands, children. Nobody chooses to have a medical emergency. But thanks to the crucial support of the Devon community, we can be there when it matters most
