Odyssians

Odyssians is an activity camping holiday for adults who have disabilities and able-bodied people who work together to have an awesome time.

We welcome people of all abilities, including severe disabilities, all genders, and people from all backgrounds. Every year since 1994 we have taken over the beautiful Woodlarks campsite in southern England for a week. Its accessible facilities, woodland paths and swimming pool make it an ideal base for fun and excitement. We have no paid staff, so we stretch ourselves in a supportive environment to work together and make it a really special week.

If you come along as a helper, you will give your time and hard work to assist and care for the camp’s disabled participants. Will it be the most rewarding, enjoyable thing you will do this year?

We’ll train you and support you to work safely together. Many of us have come to our camp or similar camps for several years, and we’re all lovely. So there is always someone nearby to help.
