Tokyo World

Applications for Tokyo World are now closed!

Thanks to everyone who gave their time as a volunteer at this event! If you’re interested in being at the front of the line when we reopen applications for 2020’s summer of festivals, then please JOIN THE WAITING LIST and keep a close eye on our updates!

21st & 22nd September 2019

Two one day events at Eastville Park in Bristol. You can apply for each event separately on your application.

This is not your average day festival. Smaller stages means a bigger lineup and more choice – from grime to dub and electronic beats. Stanton Warriors and Groove Armada were there in 2017 & Action Bronson in 2018…This year’s lineup is TBA.

The vibe

Take a trip to the other side of the World for a Tokyo-esque experience and underground music vibes.

Craig David, De La Soul, D-Block Europe, Gorgon City, Ghetts, Jungle, KURUPT FM, KOJO Funds, Leftfield, Mr Eazi, M Huncho, NAO, Nafe Smallz, Russ, Soul II Soul, Tion Wayne, Wilkinson, Yungen, Hannah Wants, Sonny Fodera, Robert Hood & MANY MORE TBA…

The role

Volunteers will be required for 1 x 8 hour shift finishing no later than 7pm. We’re looking for festival volunteers to be part of the ‘Gates & Stewarding Team’; welcoming festival-goers, checking tickets and wrist-banding. You’ll get a crew wristband, free entry to the festival, training and support from an experienced team, a free lunch provided, tea and coffee, a safe place to leave your stuff and loads of time to enjoy the music!

Volunteer on one or both of the days – it’s up to you. Free entry is for the days you volunteer only.

Why Tokyo World?

The perfect way to end your summer. We know you’ve got one more party in a field left in you!

21/09/2019 - 22/09/2019
