About: Bristol icons Massive Attack are taking to The Downs for a hometown spectacular! The event will mark the culmination of 25 years of climate activism on the part of the band, and it’s guaranteed that this is an unmissable event in Bristol’s 2024 calendar.

Roles and Responsibilities

Sustainability Roles: Our sustainability teams are at the forefront of helping festival goers reduce their environmental impact at events.

This role includes:

• Sustainability Ambassador: Our Sustainability Ambassadors will be responsible for welcoming festival-goers as they approach recycling points across the festival site, explaining the events recycling system and helping them choose the right bin for their rubbish.

These role profiles are designed to give you a good idea of what it will be like volunteering with us on site, however due to the ever changing nature of festivals and events, our team is expected to be flexible and therefore roles are subject to change or adaptation to meet the needs at any time.

Festival stewarding is great fun, but it’s also physically demanding. The majority of our volunteer roles will require you to be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
