We’re excited to announce that applications to volunteer at British Summer Time: Stevie Wonder open this Thursday 17th April at 11am!

We’re delighted to be able to offer volunteering opportunities at British Summer Time, especially for someone as legendary as Stevie Wonder…

We know this is likely to be the most popular of all of our BST events to date, and in order to offer amazing opportunities like this, we need to make sure all of our shows are fully supported by our incredible volunteer team.

Therefore, to guarantee your spot at Stevie Wonder, you will also have to have an acecpted application to volunteer at Zach Bryan on Sunday 29th June.

Volunteers who sign up to both events will be accepted until the event is full. If we do not fill all spaces during the first week of applications, we will open applications to attend just Stevie Wonder without attending Zach Bryan.

This helps us keep everything running smoothly across the whole BST series – and gives you the chance to be part of multiple unforgettable shows in Hyde Park this summer.

Feel free to apply to Zach Bryan’s Sunday 29th June show before Thursday to increase your chances of getting a place for Stevie Wonder!

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sustainability Roles: Our sustainability teams are at the forefront of helping festival goers reduce their environmental impact at events.

This role includes:

  • Sustainability Ambassador: Our Sustainability Ambassadors will be responsible for welcoming festival-goers as they approach recycling points across the festival site, explaining the events recycling system and helping them choose the right bin for their rubbish.

These role profiles are designed to give you a good idea of what it will be like volunteering with us on site, however due to the ever changing nature of festivals and events, our team is expected to be flexible and therefore roles are subject to change or adaptation to meet the needs at any time.

Festival stewarding is great fun, but it’s also physically demanding. The majority of our volunteer roles will require you to be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
