Where and what
Five days of surfing and music in Newquay, Cornwall.
Strong headliners Chemical Brothers, Catfish and The Bottlemen, and George Ezra are almost upstaged by their support acts including a UK Festival Exclusive from Kano, Years & Years, Rag’N’Bone Man, Friendly Fires and Fat Freddy’s Drop.
Chilled out surf vibes by day… and the biggest beach party you’ve ever seen by night.
We’re looking for festival volunteers to help run the festival’s eco bond – an initiative to keep Boardmasters tidy. You will be required for no more than 24 hours across the weekend with no overnight shifts!
You will be there to welcome festival-goers and tell them about the eco bond initiative. You will give them a recycling bag and a bin bag and remind them that if they bring their filled bags to the Eco Bond Exchange Point they will get £10 back on the price of their ticket!
You’ll get free entry, a free meal for every shift, snacks, access to tea and coffee, a chill, charge and camping space with other volunteers and loads of time to enjoy the music.
**THIS IS NOT A LITTER PICKING ROLE!**
The biggest international professional surf contest and festival in the UK takes place against the backdrop of the spectacular Cornish coastline. You won’t see this anywhere else.
